To fulfil our purpose, we leave the most common training strategies of vocational training behind and combine e-learning with simultaneous non-simulated practical training and real-life situations in hospitality establishments.

Together with our local partners we develop and provide officially recognised dual vocational qualifications which meet the international hospitality standards and guest expectations without neglecting the local culture and training requirements. Hereto, we facilitate the synergies of the national industry, culture, and demographic specific expertise of our local partners; and our international experience of living, working, training and coaching in and for the hospitality industry in Switzerland, Germany, Australia, Namibia, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Thailand and other countries.

Through our online training we provide access to education and skilled employees in hospitality for people and companies working and operating in remote parts of the world without close access to highly qualified vocational training centres and skilled practical trainers.
